The Darth Vader Carry Case seemed to be a staple in nearly every person's Star Wars collection. As with the rest of the development of the Star Wars line of toys, the cases evolved

as well; from ESB to RotJ, and from a 31b sleeve to the final 65b. (It should be noted that all the cases have "Holds 31 Action Figures" printed on them.) 

The rarest of the Darth Vader Cases are the Special Offer versions which included two sets of 3 action figures. The rarest of these being the "Bounty Hunter Case" (a 31b) which is widely thought to be a test market item only, and included the notorious IG-88, Bossk and Boba Fett. The second, and later case (a 41b) came with Yoda, Darth Vader and Luke Bespin
